The OFSCN® Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) Strain Gauge is a high-performance, high-precision fiber optic sensing product specifically designed for highly reliable strain and stress monitoring in structures, Strain gauge lengths of 3.6 cm, 7.2 cm, and 10.8 cm are available. This product features a unique I-beam encapsulation structure to efficiently achieve both strain measurement and temperature compensation. Key advantages include immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI), corrosion resistance, and easy multi-point cascading, making it ideal for long-term Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) in civil engineering, aerospace, and rail transportation.

  • Exclusive Design: Features a special I-beam structure design to ensure high and stable strain transfer efficiency.
  • Material Selection: Base materials are available in Stainless Steel or Aluminum Alloy to suit various environmental conditions and structural materials being monitored.
  • Flexible Installation: Main fixing methods include Adhesive Surface Mounting and Four-corner Welding Fixation, ensuring simple and reliable installation.
  • Customization: Supports single-point strain measurement or multi-point cascading, allowing for the creation of customized "Cascaded OFSCN® FBG Strain Gauges."
