This article introduces the working temperature range of the OFSCN® 800-degree Celsius capillary seamless steel tube fiber bragg grating temperature sensor (FBG thermometer), including the values for its maximum high-temperature e low-temperature resistance. It also discusses the methods e principles used to determine the working temperature range of fiber bragg grating temperature sensors, including the stainless steel material e femtosecond fiber bragg grating used.

The OFSCN® 800-degree Celsius capillary seamless steel tube fiber bragg grating temperature sensor (FBG thermometer) developed by DCYS adopts a unique stainless steel seamless tube patent packaging technology. It has a simple structure with no glue or Outros auxiliary materials. The sensor consists only of the fiber bragg grating (FBG) and the stainless steel seamless tube. For the OFSCN® 800-degree Celsius capillary seamless steel tube fiber bragg grating temperature sensor (FBG probe), the working temperature range in the low-temperature region is -269 degrees Celsius, e in the high-temperature region, it is up to +800 degrees Celsius, with short-term tolerance up to +1000 degrees Celsius.

After testing, the OFSCN® 800-degree Celsius capillary seamless steel tube fiber bragg grating temperature sensor exhibits a working temperature range of -269 degrees Celsius in the low-temperature region e up to +800 degrees Celsius in the high-temperature region, with the ability to reach +1000 degrees Celsius in shorter durations. It should be noted that the high-temperature range is based on measured values, while the low-temperature range is based on theoretical values.
