I. Materialien und physikalische Bilder traditioneller rohrverpackter FBG-Sensoren

 Der obere Teil von Abbildung 1 zeigt einen häufig verwendeten, auf dem Markt erhältlichen, rohrverpackten FBG-Sensor. Dieser FBG-Sensor besteht aus verschiedenen Materialien, darunter traditionelle gepanzerte Glasfaserkabel an beiden Enden (typischerweise einschließlich traditioneller PVC-Loose-Tubes, Kevlarfasern, spiralförmiger Stahlrohre zur Umhüllung, Drahtverstärkungen, Polyethylenummantelung usw.), ein Metallgehäuse in der Mitte (typischerweise enthaltend verschachtelte kleine Metallgehäuse, Wärmeleitpaste, verschiedene Arten von Epoxidharzklebstoff usw.) und Verbindungskits an beiden Seiten (typischerweise enthaltend Schrumpfschläuche, verschiedene Arten von Epoxidharzklebstoff). Natürlich gibt es auch das Faser-Bragg-Gitter (FBG) innerhalb der Verpackungsstruktur und den separat zu handhabenden Faserstecker. Die gängigen Größen sind 6 mm oder 10 mm, und die Faser-Gitter-Sensorik kann nur an der Position des Stahlrohrs angebracht werden.

 

II.   Materials und Physical Images of DCYS's New Full Metal Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors

The lower part of Abbildung 1 shows two different-sized OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube fiber Bragg grating sensors, which are also tube-packaged FBG sensors. This type of fiber Bragg grating sensor consists of three parts, including fiber connectors, stainless steel seamless tubes, and fiber Bragg gratings inside the packaging structure. The common sizes are 0.9mm and 0.6mm, and the fiber grating sensing unit can be located anywhere on the steel tube. Due to pre-processed fiber connectors, they support field plug-and-play. The finished product images of this series are shown in Figures 2, 3, and 4, corresponding to OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor, OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube fiber Bragg grating stress sensor, and OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube fiber Bragg grating strain sensor.
