Ⅱ.   Materials y Physical Images of DCYS's New Full Metal Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors

The lower part of Figura 1 shows two different-sized OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube fiber Bragg grating sensors, which are also tube-packaged FBG sensors. This type of fiber Bragg grating sensor consists of three parts, including fiber connectors, stainless steel seamless tubes, and fiber Bragg gratings inside the packaging structure. The common sizes are 0.9mm and 0.6mm, and the fiber grating sensing unit can be located anywhere on the steel tube. Due to pre-processed fiber connectors, they support field plug-and-play. The finished product images of this series are shown in Figures 2, 3, and 4, corresponding to OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor, OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube fiber Bragg grating stress sensor, and OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube fiber Bragg grating strain sensor.
