I. Product Structure of the OFSCN® 800°C Capillary Femtosecond Fiber Bragg Grating Temperature Sensor

The OFSCN® 800°C Capillary Seamless Steel Tube Fiber Bragg Grating Temperature Sensor (FBG thermometer) adopts a fully metallic packaging method to protect the FBG. The standard product has a diameter of 2.0 millimeters and consists of a three-layer seamless steel tube nested structure. It encapsulates a high-temperature-resistant femtosecond fiber bragg grating (Femtosecond FBG). The overall structure and product are shown in 그림 1, 2, and 3 below:

This curve shows the correspondence between the sensor's wavelength variation and temperature change. The test range is from -16 to 806°C, with temperature calibration intervals of approximately 30°C (not strictly enforced).
